Place of Springs Website
User Interaction and Experience, Web Design | Lead Designer | Jun 2025

My objective was to redesign the Place of Springs website to be clean, simple, and concise. User interaction needed to be straightforward, intuitive, and consistent.
I worked with Place of Springs, a non-profit ministry organization. Their mission is to support Christians in cross-cultural contexts through leadership development, debriefing, spiritual direction, and guided retreats.
I was tasked with updating the Place of Springs website with another designer. We had two weeks to complete the website, so we began by reviewing all the existing content. We worked through each page, reorganizing content and structure. My partner rewrote the copy, while I focused on the website’s layout and visuals.
Place of Springs used Clover, a website builder specifically for churches and ministry organizations. While Clover's templates are simple for non-designers to use, their rigid structure limits customization of the design and layout. Although this restricted my design options, I worked within Clover’s constraints to create a cleaner and more modern site for Place of Springs.
